About Me
I am a person-centred counsellor, passionate about supporting people as they navigate life’s challenges and experiences.
I offer an empathetic, safe and accepting space where you can begin a journey of self-discovery and healing. I believe each person has the capacity for growth, and my role is to walk alongside you as you explore your experiences at your own pace.
I work collaboratively, with our sessions guided by you and shaped around your needs, experiences, and pace, within a therapeutic relationship grounded in understanding, respect, and compassion.
Alongside my counselling work, I bring a rich background of working within corporate environments, including in inclusion and wellbeing spaces. Through this, I have developed a deep understanding of the pressures, transitions and complexities that can come with navigating changing roles, identities and industries. Whether it’s managing workplace stress, balancing expectations, or making sense of personal change alongside professional demands, I recognise how these experiences can impact how we feel about ourselves and our place in the world.
This experience allows me to sit alongside clients with an appreciation of both personal and professional challenges, offering a space where all parts of your life can be explored openly and without judgement.
I hold a CPCAB Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and am a registered member of the BACP, working in alignment with their ethical framework and professional standards.
My Approach
I focus on creating a safe, supportive therapeutic space where you can bring yourself exactly as you are.
Working together collaboratively, our sessions are guided by you—shaped around your experiences, needs, and pace, within a therapeutic relationship grounded in understanding, respect, and compassion.
In this space, counselling can help you develop greater self-awareness, reconnect with yourself, and move towards meaningful change in a way that feels right for you.
I offer sessions both in person and online, allowing you to engage in a way that feels most comfortable and accessible for you.
What Counselling Can Offer
People come to counselling for many different reasons — whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, facing change, or wanting to understand yourself more deeply.
Whatever brings you here, you are welcome.
Together, we can explore your thoughts and feelings in a safe space, helping you gain clarity, self-understanding, and a stronger sense of direction and meaning.
Counselling can be a space to pause, reflect, and develop a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
